What the availability form does, which data it sends, and which commercial terms still require written confirmation.
1. Availability enquiry, not a booking
Submitting the form asks us to check preferred dates, coaching capacity and room inventory. No payment is taken. It does not reserve or confirm a place, room or date.
2. Data sent with the form
The enquiry sends your name, email, phone, country, experience level, disciplines, module and package choices, preferred date, room preference, notes and any coupon or referral code. It also sends a submission/idempotency ID, a derived private-room flag and source/attribution fields.
3. Attribution and browser storage
When present, the site records UTM values; gclid, fbclid, gbraid and wbraid; _fbp and _fbc; first and current page, path and referrer; and site, sport, language and guide context. This attribution record stays in this browser for up to 90 days and a new campaign touch replaces the previous one. A session retry record contains only a hashed fingerprint and event ID, not raw contact fields, and is cleared after success.
4. Destinations and measurement
The same-site /api/booking Cloudflare Pages Function forwards the JSON body unchanged to q91d4ur25m.execute-api.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com. After a successful response, the page sends the enquiry event plus normalized email, phone and first name to the Google Tag Manager data layer for measurement and enhanced conversions. Measurement storage is initialized as granted unless a stored preference is explicitly false. If you choose a WhatsApp link, that interaction is handled by WhatsApp and can include a short referral token.
5. Retention, sensitive details and contact
This site code does not define downstream retention or deletion periods for the AWS endpoint or measurement providers. Do not enter passport, payment-card or sensitive medical details in Notes. Email [email protected] to ask what is held or to request access, correction or deletion.
6. Prices, payment and cancellation
Displayed prices are planning information, not an invoice or booking offer. Availability, total price, inclusions, room supply, payment or deposit timing, cancellation and refund terms, and any group price or discount must be confirmed in writing before payment. Only a separate written booking confirmation reserves a place and date. Do not make non-refundable travel arrangements before it.
